We can currently ship to all the following Countries in Europe:
All our European orders are shipped from our United Kingdom based warehouse. As the UK has now left the EU, there are local VAT and import charges now assigned on all shipments. We value your custom and want all our Curlfriends in Europe to be able to continue access to Curlsmith. Therefore, we've decided to cover those charges and paperwork for all countries that allow this to happen, so you don't need to do anything. Unfortunately, we have taken the decision to suspend shipments to some countries for the time being, this is due to complications within customs. The list of countries is below. We are looking at all options and hopefully can resume deliveries to other countries by early Summer 2021.
We offer Free Delivery if you spend 50€ or more.
We aim to deliver within 7-10 working days, however, due to the current disruptions due to COVID-19 and Brexit, there might be slight delays in shipping which are outside of our control - All countries across Europe are now under a suspension of service guarantee for delivery

These dates are meant as guidelines and are not guaranteed unless stated. Please be aware that external factors beyond our control (such as strikes, adverse weather conditions affecting parts of our fulfilment network etc.) may delay your orders. Please note that our last order dates are based on normal conditions so in exceptional conditions it might happen that your order arrives after Christmas despite you ordering before the date provided.
Cancellation Of Your Order
Unfortunately, because of the high volume of orders we are receiving, it is impossible for us to cancel an order after it is placed.
Unfortunately we are not equipped to process returns from European Countries.
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at email@example.com and we will arrange it.
Most orders are delivered within 5 working days. If your order is taking longer and you believe your items may have been lost in transit, please notify us within 20 days of your order date. If our tracking system indicates they have not been delivered, or have been lost in transit you will be eligible to apply for a refund or replacement.
If our tracking system indicates your items have been delivered safely we unfortunately can not offer refunds or exchanges.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
